Privacy notice.

When you enquire, you choose what to share: your name, contact details, playing level, age group, preferred format and times, and an optional goal. John uses these details to respond to you and discuss lesson arrangements.

The enquiry form sends your details to John’s email inbox. If you use the email-app or WhatsApp fallback, your details are sent through that service only when you send the message there. No lesson is reserved by submitting an enquiry.

Do not include sensitive information. A parent or guardian should enquire on behalf of a child.

Website analytics

Optional analytics load only after you choose “Allow analytics”. If allowed, the existing Google Tag Manager container can record page visits, WhatsApp and email-link clicks, accepted form submissions and resource-download clicks. Names, contact details, preferred times and message text are not included in these events. A click or an accepted email submission is not a confirmed booking.

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser. You can change it using “Privacy settings” in the footer. Google and WhatsApp operate their own services and privacy policies.

Technical processing

The hosting service handles normal website requests and may maintain technical logs. The email endpoint uses a hashed technical rate-limit record to reduce repeated submissions; it does not store your message in that record. Enquiries are delivered by the hosting service to John’s inbox.
